Enzo Barracco - Photography Judge

Enzo is an Emmy Nominated  photographer, Author of The Noise of Ice: Antarctica with the foreword of the  legendary Sir Ranulph Fiennes and introduction of the director of Royal Geographical Society London and endorsed by Vogue Italia and more.  Enzo is now working on a new Book about Galapagos The skin of Rock Galapagos 

Enzo  lives and works in London and New York. After a  career within the luxury industry, his focus shifted on inspirations related to sustainability, with the purpose of raising collective awareness through art. 

Enzo is also involved in corporate communication and has worked with leading companies including: Phaidon Press, Barclays Bank, Estée Lauder Group, La Prairie Group, Moncler, Park Hyatt Group, Dorchester Collection, Vivienne Westwood , Royal Marines UK , Royal Geographical society, BIG Architects ,The Royal Foundation, Yale University, European  Union Delegation to The United Nations in New York,  UNESCO, Vogue Italia, The European Commission Representation in Italy and many other international institutions.

Francesca Macaulay- Architecture Judge

JTP’s London Studio

Fran is an Associate in JTP’s London Studio, currently leading a number of major residential-led planning applications across the UK. With over 10 years of professional experience, she has worked across a wide range of high and low-density projects in both urban and rural settings, delivering complex schemes from early masterplanning through to planning approval and detailed design.

Douglas Cox - Media Judge

DOUGLAS COX – Producer, Shadowhouse Films

Douglas is a BIFA-Nominated, Scottish producer with over 15-years of in-depth industry experience. An EIFF Talent Lab Almuni, he was selected as a BFI NETWORK Insight Producer in 2020 and named as one of The Scotsman’s ‘Ones to Watch in 2021’.

He has produced BAFTA shortlisted and Méliès d’Argent winning genre shorts that have collectively been watched over a million times online and screened at over 300 festivals, including Sundance, TIFF and LFF.

His debut feature HOST, with director Rob Savage, was the breakout horror film of 2020. Created remotely during the first UK lockdown, it was released in the UK by Vertigo before premiering on Shudder to rave reviews. It maintains a rare 99% certified fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and was nominated for three British Independent Film Awards, including a Breakthrough Producer for Douglas.

DASHCAM, also directed by Savage was produced alongside Jason Blum for Blumhouse Productions. Screening at TIFF’s Midnight Madness and as the prestigious Surprise Film at Sitges, it went on to win a BIFA for Best Special Effects and was released theatrically by Momentum in 2022.

Douglas is also an experienced and in-demand Line/Co-Producer, with credits including Aylin Tezel’s FALLING INTO PLACE, Daisy-May Hudson’s LOLLIPOP, Babak Anvari’s HALLOW ROAD, Alicia MacDonald’s directorial debut CC EMILY, the upcoming EVERYBODY WANT’S TO F**K ME by Jonathan Schey starring Taron Egerton, and THE CUSTOM OF THE COUNTRY by Josie Rourke starring Sydney Sweeney.

He maintains an eclectic genre slate through his production outfit Shadowhouse Films with some of the brightest filmmaking talent of his generation, including HUNGER, his latest collaboration with Savage that they have developed with A24.

Sam Osborne – Fashion Judge

Founder of MAKE-LAND a zero waste sustainable outdoor clothing brand based in Wales.

I have worked in the industry for over twenty years for brands including Finisterre, Under Armour, Rapha, Skins, Santa Cruz amongst others.

Teaching experience includes visiting lecturer and external examiner roles at Cardiff University, Carmarthen college and industry competitions for the London college of fashion.

My driving passion is to create sustainable solutions for sports and outdoor wear that focuses on inspiring people to access the outdoors using non harmful products that facilitate positive experiences in nature.

Phil Stilgoe - NextGen Judge

Philip Stilgoe is a seasoned business leader with a diverse background in the technology and media industries. As the CEO of Centroid, a leading provider of motion capture solutions, he leverages his extensive industry expertise to drive innovation and oversee the company's strategic direction. Additionally, Stilgoe serves on the Steering Committee of the NextGen Skills Academy, contributing his insights to the development of future-ready skills, and advises the team at Bubl, a pioneering virtual reality startup.

As the CEO of Centroid since 2014, Stilgoe has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth and cementing its position as a trusted partner in the motion capture and visual effects industries. In this role, he is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy, overseeing operations, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Under his leadership, Centroid has expanded its service offerings, diversified its client base, and maintained a reputation for delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Anna Laurini - Art & Design Judge

Anna Laurini has gained notoriety over the past several years as one of the most distinctive urban contemporary artists to burst onto the London scene. Her process is dynamic and bold yet her underlying femininity permeates her prolific body of work.

Inspired by Cubism and Abstract Expressionism movements, Anna earned a fine art diploma at Central Saint Martins and attended life drawing at Art Student League, New York. Her work has been exhibited in London, Tokyo, New York, Milan and Paris.
